A peaceful garden lodge outside Moshi with views of Kibo's snowy summit — the perfect night before and after your climb.

Kibo View Lodge sits in six acres of gardens on the lower slopes of Kilimanjaro, fifteen minutes from Moshi town. On clear mornings the snowy summit of Kibo fills the sky above the pool.

We use it for climbers the night before the trek — for the gear check and briefing with your guide — and for the celebration dinner afterwards. It is also a relaxed base for the Materuni waterfalls, coffee farms and the hot springs at Chemka.
